with strong media connections and a proven track record of securing

high-quality press coverage

This role is suited to someone who understands how to place

well-crafted press releases

in the right publications -- focusing on meaningful, results-driven placements rather than mass distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives Write, edit, and distribute compelling, high-quality press releases Leverage existing relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets Secure placements in relevant and reputable online and print publications Pitch stories creatively and follow up with media contacts Track, analyse, and report on press coverage performance and ROI Manage multiple PR campaigns simultaneously Create engaging PR headlines that deliver strong exposure and return on investment Consistently grow client PR investment through proven results Provide regular performance updates and reports to company directors

Requirements

Proven experience in PR, media relations, or communications Established network of media contacts across relevant industries Demonstrable success placing press releases in

quality publications

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities Ability to work independently while delivering measurable results Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to craft compelling PR headlines that generate exposure Reliable, proactive, and positive work ethic with a genuine team-first attitude

Nice to Have

Experience working with digital brands or fast-growing companies Knowledge of SEO-driven PR and brand visibility strategies Agency or freelance PR background
