Maximising PR coverage to reach both existing and potential consumers across a wide spread of media outlets across print and digital and social media. You will link customer and business needs to PR plans and strategy, ensuring that all PR communication is integrated and in line with the overall brand strategy.
Experience of managing all aspects of the PR/Communication mix, you will be responsible for day to day product placement, nurturing media relationships, interview requests, blogger outreach, PR gifting and events
Managing and aligning the Swatch social media strategy, aside print and digital. You will have a good understanding of working with influencers and bloggers, and how they can increase awareness of our business
Working collaboratively with the marketing team and with Global HQ you will co-ordinate and facilitate all brand media PR events with the aim of maximising engagement and attendance, and ultimately driving sales back to the business.
Creative and imaginative you should be bursting full of clever and innovative PR tactics to provocatively surprise media and consumers.
Responsible for managing high level partnerships to strategically drive forward the brand. You should have experience in writing strategy proposals and action plans to support this.
Proven ability to identify key opportunities / collaborations to drive further exposure of the brand and within the Swatch community.
Experience in executing and managing events from product press days to bigger activations. Your attention to detail should be second to none and your experience at running events with a number of stakeholders should be part of your solid PR background.
Excellent writing skills essential. The tone of voice and personality of the brand are evident at every turn therefore there is a requirement to be a confident copywriter who will deliver consistently and channel appropriate content alongside the marketing / digital team.
Analysing and measuring results - reporting performance of all PR initiatives and assessing against set goals (ROI and KPI's). Every month you will produce monthly PR reports and twice annually a statistical analysis of all editorial results for review, feedback and to set future objectives
Communication is key - you will have excellent media contacts within our key media, ensuring regular communication and meetings

Proven experience 5+ years from a fashion, retail or lifestyle brand
Minimum bachelor's degree
Proven results in maximising PR coverage and ultimately driving sales
Confident in using google analytics
Genuine interest in sport, lifestyle and art events is desirable
Experience in the watch and jewellery sector is an advantage
Excellent communication and people skills, a real team player
Confident in Word, Powerpoint and to some knowledge of Excel
Proven event management experience
