From our family-run workshop on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, we've earned a reputation for sustainable, handmade quality that's proudly British. As we prepare for an exciting new chapter -- including a major retail in early 2025 -- we're looking for a PR & Media Relations Executive to help take our story to the world.

Summary

This is a unique opportunity to shape how our brand is seen and heard across the UK and beyond. As our PR & Media Relations Executive, you'll be responsible for generating national media coverage, pitching to magazines, securing features, and seeking out opportunities on radio, TV, and online platforms. At the same time, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting our sales and marketing operations -- assisting with customer queries, emails, and even in-person service in our showroom.

You'll be part of a tight-knit, passionate team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and contributes -- whether we're preparing for a new collection launch or helping a customer choose the perfect bed for their home.

Responsibilities

Media & PR

Pitch our products and brand story to national and local magazines, newspapers, blogs, podcasts, radio, and TV Build strong, lasting relationships with journalists, editors, and producers Write and distribute engaging press releases, media kits, and story pitches Track press coverage and compile monthly media reports Support press-related events, photoshoots, and product launches
Customer & Sales Support

Respond to customer enquiries by email and phone in a professional, brand-aligned manner Assist with in-store customer service in our showroom when needed Help manage customer complaints with empathy and care, in line with our company values

We're Looking For Someone Who Is...

A natural communicator with a flair for storytelling and connecting with people Experienced in PR, media relations, or journalism -- ideally with 1-2 years in a similar role Confident pitching to press and comfortable writing copy that grabs attention Organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Passionate about interiors, sustainable living, and quality British design Comfortable dealing with customers and representing a premium brand voice
