This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading North-West Accountancy Group. We are looking for a Practice Administrator to join our successful and busy team within our Chester Practice.
Champion is known for having a friendly and supportive team culture and as Practice Administrator you will be responsible for:-
Ensuring that all telephone calls and reception activities are handled in a timely, courteous and efficient manner
Administrative support to the Accounts and Tax Teams
Managing and controlling the client database maintenance process
Dealing with activities to ensure the smooth running of the office and office supplies
Typing of all company letters etc - producing accurate work within expected timeframes to company layout and standards
Specific systems/projects - e.g. companies house information, incorporations
To be successful in the role, you will have the following experience:-
Excellent customer service skills towards other team members and clients
At least 2 years' experience in a business administration role, ideally within Professional Services
A high level of IT literacy including excellent MS Office skills
An understanding of Practice Management systems and databases
Above all you will be organised, reliable and enthusiastic, have an eye for detail and work well with others contributing to the team.

The role is office based and 35 hours per week.
