We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Practice Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Team, clinical staff, and non clinical staff to deliver high quality administrative processes, contribute to excellent patient experience, and support compliance with practice and NHS standards.
This is a key role within the practice, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Person Specification
Essential
Strong administrative experience, preferably in a busy environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and clinical system experience (or willingness to learn).
Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and able to prioritise workload under pressure.
Desirable
Experience in primary care, NHS, or another healthcare setting
Understanding of GP Practice operations and patient pathways.
Experience with EMIS/SystmOne/Vision.
Knowledge of QOF, IIF, and CQC requirements.
You must be able to work at the Sidcup Medical Centre sites in DA14, DA15, DA5 and DA6.
