The Role




We are looking for a

Practice Advisor (Early Years and Education)

to play a crucial role in providing

expert advice and practical support

on

Early Years and education practice

ensuring families and professionals have access to high-quality resources and guidance.

What you'll do



Develop and update

high-quality resources

for families and professionals. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to

improve early years support

. Promote

inclusive practice

rooted in

Family-Centred Early Intervention

principles. Share

specialist knowledge

through training, guidance, and co-designed materials.

What you'll need



Proven experience supporting

deaf children and families

, especially in

early years

settings. Strong knowledge of

child development

,

communication strategies

, and

inclusive provision

. Skilled in

translating complex information

into accessible, compassionate advice.

Collaborative approach

to working across teams and with external partners. Access to a

car and a full UK driving licence

are essential. Strong

digital skills

and a sound understanding of

agile values

& principles

. A criminal record check /

DBS disclosure

(if offered the position).
