Job Description
What You'll Bring:
A full and relevant
Level 3 or 4 qualification in Playwork or Early Years.
Minimum 3 years' experience
in team leader role within SAC or early years setting. A thorough understanding of the appropriateframeworks, quality assurance
andsafeguarding practices.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills A warm, enthusiastic, and committed attitude to supporting children's developmentYour Role Will Include:
Leading and motivating a small team of support workers and practitioners to deliver a high level of care. Supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of engaging and age-appropriate activities Ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Supporting the setting's compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements A willingness to undertake further qualifications leading to BA or PDA (SCQF level 9) in childhood Practice
