Key Responsibilities:
Open and lock up the setting each day in the absence of the Area Manager.
Lead and model high-quality practice in line with the
EYFS statutory framework
Support and inspire staff to continuously improve teaching and learning
Take a proactive role in planning, assessment and curriculum development
Ensure safeguarding, welfare and health & safety requirements are met
Support Ofsted readiness and maintain high standards across the setting
We are looking for someone who is:
Ambitious, proactive and resilient
Hard-working and able to work well under pressure
Creative, full of ideas and passionate about early years
Confident, organised and a strong role model in practice
Essential:
Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 is a minimum)
Strong knowledge of EYFS and understanding of Ofsted expectations
Fully enhanced DBS will be required upon recruitment.
Full 12 hour pediatric first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding training will be provided.
