Manager (Review and Support Team) Grade 10, 12 months fixed term.

We are looking for exceptional individuals like you to join our Adult Social Care Review and Support Team. If you are enthusiastic, motivated and are up for a new challenge, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.
You will join an integrated multi-disciplinary team to promote independence and control to enable people to live the lives they choose to lead, whatever their age or stage of life.
You will assist in the management and development of an integrated multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality social work practice, to ensure staff understand and engage with adult social care values, vision and strategy.
You will have a professional social work or occupational therapy qualification registered to Social Work England or HCPC and provide practice and /or professional leadership, by supporting the development of research informed practice, delivering a performance and quality assurance function, supporting staff development and contributing to strategic development in the organisation.
As Practice Lead Manager, you will support the operational manager in their work to make sure that the staff are competent and confident in their practice by motivating staff to engage in shared learning, peer support and maintaining/supporting individual and team development.
As a valued member of the team, you will have access to peer support, 1:1 time, supervision and ongoing training & development opportunities and to work with our partners across Social Care, Health, Housing and Voluntary Services.
