: Dental Practice Manager (Marketing & Growth Focus)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dental Practice Manager to lead the administrative team and Treatment Coordinators (TCOs). This role is dedicated to driving practice growth through strategic marketing initiatives, patient experience optimization, and efficient management of non-clinical operations. The Practice Manager will not oversee dental nurses or clinical staff, but will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the business side of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to increase brand visibility.
Monitor patient feedback and online reviews, implementing initiatives to enhance reputation.
Track and report on marketing ROI, patient acquisition, and retention metrics.
Team Leadership (Admin & TCOs)
Lead, motivate, and support the administrative team and Treatment Coordinators.
Oversee scheduling, patient communication, and front-desk operations.
Ensure TCOs deliver exceptional patient consultations, focusing on treatment acceptance and patient satisfaction.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for admin and TCO staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
Operational Management
Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and patient experience.
Manage patient journey touchpoints, from enquiry to treatment acceptance.
Oversee financial administration, including invoicing, payment plans, and reporting.
Monitor KPIs related to practice growth, patient conversion, and operational performance.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to align business goals with patient care standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or a similar role.
Strong background in marketing, business development, or sales.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
