Job Opportunity:

Part-Time Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager. We are looking for a dedicated, confident and efficient part-time Practice Manager, who has a passion for healthcare and can adapt to the evolving Primary Care environment, to join our team at Manor House Lane and Marston Green Surgeries with a list of over 11,000 patients across the 2 sites (Part of Sheldon PCN and BSol ICB). We are also looking for an Assistant Practice Manager to support the new Practice Manager in their role. Each role for approximately 30 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily practice operations. Ensure compliance with H&S and relevant premises checks. Lead and support a diverse team of healthcare professionals and clerical staff to promote a positive and high performing work environment. Ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery. Act as a communication link between all staff, patients and other external healthcare providers.
We are looking for candidates who are:

Strong organisationally and have problem solving abilities. Proactive and resourceful. Approachable and solution focused and committed to continuous improvement. Excellent communicators, with good interpersonal skills. Collaborative and have a motivational leadership style. Experienced in a leadership role within a healthcare setting (preferred)

Pay: 26,305.66-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Work Location: In person
