You'll be joining us in the Bristol Area supporting multiple practices on a rota basis


Working hours are full-time, 40 hours

As a designate manager you will be travelling across the area and supporting a variety of practices until you are permanently placed in a practice You'll be joining a supportive and friendly team Travel expenses are paid Must have driving licence and own transport Full induction and training provided

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
