We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Practice Manager to join the team at Ferndale Dental & Implant Clinic, located in Devizes.

About the role and practice

At Ferndale Dental & Implant Clinic our highly skilled, friendly team are dedicated to providing patients with a first class experience, from the comfort of our Ferndale reception to the very latest innovations in dental technology.

We have superb modern equipment including CT Scanner and a pleasant working environment. The Practice has recently been refurbished, it is modern with bright, light and spacious surgeries. There is parking near to the practice.

Located in Devizes which is a growing market town with lots of new developments nearby. Devizes is easily commutable from Swindon, Reading, Oxford, Bristol and Gloucester.

Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.

About you

We welcome your application if you have management experience within a dental, healthcare or commercial setting (e.g., retail / hospitality).

• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
• Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
