We have an opportunity for a full-time Dental Practice Manager to join our Holistic practice, Cote Royd Dental Care in Huddersfield.

Cote Royd Dental Care is a 4-surgery practice, using up to date and innovative materials, techniques and technology combined with an understanding of holistic and allopathic treatment options in a clean, relaxed and friendly environment. Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.

• Full-time hours - 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday - Friday

A little about you:

• Time in a leadership role within a dental or healthcare setting
• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
• Knowledge of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and CQC compliance
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
• This practice would benefit from a Practice Manager who has a clinical understanding, i.e. dental nurse
