Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the practice team to create a positive, high-performance environment
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
Oversee non-clinical operations and ensure full regulatory and procedural compliance
Build and manage supplier and referral relationships
Work closely with the Clinical Director to align strategy and delivery
Champion a first-class patient experience
About You:
2-3 years of experience in a senior role within a private dental practice
Proven ability to drive business growth and lead teams effectively
Commercial acumen with strong skills in finance, HR, and operations
Familiarity with cosmetic dentistry and referral-based treatments is desirable
A business-related degree is preferred
