Dental Practice Manager vacancy in Kings Lynn Branch.

You will be working Monday to Friday with no weekends. We pride ourselves on making sure all our staff have a work life balance that suits them.



The practice is a large 8 surgery with an established team in place. .

About the Vacancy:

Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice.

Helping to continue achieving excellent service to patients.

Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager.

Helping to provide quality of service, cost and delivery of performance, in accordance with the company's strategy and targets.

Providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff.

Monitor KPI's and support clinicians to achieve NHS/private targets.

Make sure there is good communication in the practice, including regular practice meetings as well as good communication with the senior management team.

Be able to face difficult conversations and deal promptly with any issues or complaints if they arise.
