Liberty Dentists - Dual Part-Time Roles (Shoreditch)

We're evolving how we manage and grow our independent dental practice. Instead of one Practice Manager juggling every area, we're introducing two complementary roles to play to individual strengths:

Role 1: Compliance & Operations Manager (Part-Time)

Days

: 2 per week

Salary

: 15,600-19,500 pro rata

Bonus

: KPI-linked bonus potential (details shared with successful candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and reception coordination Maintain iComply / CQC standards and prepare for inspections Manage HR basics (rotas, leave tracking, basic onboarding) Respond to patient complaints and feedback logs Support clinical diary structure and patient flow

Ideal For:

Someone calm, methodical, and detail-oriented who enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You're an organiser at heart and want to own the behind-the-scenes structure of a practice.

Role 2: Growth & Business Development Manager (Part-Time)

Days

: 3 per week

Salary

: 29,250-40,950 pro rata

Bonus

: KPI-linked bonus potential (based on contribution to growth and team performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive patient growth via reviews, local marketing, partnerships Support new service launches (e.g. whitening, Invisalign, hygiene plans) Oversee TCO performance and patient journey touchpoints Run performance reviews, team bonus initiatives, recall conversions Collaborate with Principal Dentist on growth strategy
