We are currently seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

As the Dental Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the practice, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. You will play a crucial role in leading the team, improving practice performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Manage, motivate, and support a team of dental professionals and administrative staff
Ensure the practice adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain and manage the practice's financials, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing
Monitor and manage patient appointments, scheduling, and office procedures
Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff members
Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures
Track and improve patient satisfaction and practice performance metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience as a practice manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of NHS Regulation and CQC
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to providing excellent patient care and service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour
