We are looking for a Practice Manager who is also a Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant to join the team in our Clacton on Sea practice.

The practice is part of a group of independent family-owned and family run who focus on customer care.

Details and requirements

Opening hours: Monday - Saturday (9am-5:30pm) Sundays we are currently closed Full-Time position considered, 37.5 hours a week Qualified Dispensing Optician / Experienced Optical Dispenser Eligibility to work in the UK and GOC Registered if a DO position Be able to drive as may need to cover holidays in other practices
Salary

Starting from 14.07 per hour for OA and 16 for DO, salary will be dependent on experience 5.6 weeks holiday (pro rata)
Core responsibilities

Managing the customer relationships, ensuring customer levels of satisfaction remain at their targeted level Deliver business results by promoting strategies within branch to enhance performance Carrying out Dispensing role Practice managers position will include managing the day to day running of the practices, dealing with customer complaints, holding quarterly team reviews, monitoring sales and targets.
