Practice Nurse
North London

Job Summary:

Your MDT is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced practice nurse to provide support to various practices, on a full-time, part time or ad hoc basis in North London. The post holder will be an experienced practice nurse who has experience of smears and dressings.

Main duties of the job:

Clinically, the role will include all elements of treatment room nursing and ideally some chronic disease management (asthma, COPD, diabetes). Previous practice nurse experience is essential. Experience in minor illness is also preferable. Conduct all duties in accordance with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) code of professional conduct and other local/ national policies, guidelines, and protocols.

Person Specification:

-Experience with smears and dressings.
-Previous practice nurse experience is essential.
-Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
-Knowledge of Long term condition management.

Pay: 25.00-30.00 per hour
