Job Description

Stour Surgery, based in the picturesque town of Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our team. If you are personable, flexible, thorough, and committed to working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'd fit in well. Previous experience within a GP practice would be preferable however full training will be provided for the right candidate. We are looking for the right person to join our team!

We are a modern, friendly, teaching practice with just over 10,700 patients, based in purpose-built facilities. We pride ourselves in offering easily accessible, high quality patient care and maximum QOF achievement. We offer a flexible, friendly environment for all our staff.

Duties will include minor illness & injury clinic, child immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management and cervical screening. Experience is preferred, however full training will be given to the right applicant.

Hours for this post are negotiable. Please specify your preferred hours/days on application. Part time hours will require the flexibility to cover for holidays and sickness. Your remuneration will be competitive to reflect your experience and qualifications; benefits include NHS Pension and five weeks annual leave.

Pay is depending on experience.
