Practice Nurse

Salary: Dependent upon skills and competencies

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time or Part-time hours available

Location: Cirencester and Tetbury

We are excited to be seeking an experienced

Practice Nurse

to join our team at the Phoenix Health Group. Innovative and progressive with surgeries across Cirencester and Tetbury, we focus on providing excellent personal care and a holistic approach to medical practice.

You will need:

Broad knowledge and experience of clinical practice Excellent communication skills, written and oral with the ability to communicate confidently. Flexible to meet the demands of the post and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Experience in practice nursing, respiratory, diabetic and long-term condition management is desirable but not essential, for the right candidate we can provide the training and support to progress in this career pathway.

We are an innovative practice with an 'excellent CQC rating' for our older and younger persons patient care. Supported by a range of Allied Health Professionals including our in-house clinical pharmacist and urgent care practitioners. We also have a dedicated team of frailty nurses, and nursing home matrons to help manage our elderly and housebound patients. Our in-house specialities include minor surgery, dermoscopy, LARC fitting, joint injections and osteopathy.
Our Tetbury and Cirencester surgeries are part of The Phoenix Health Group. We also have branches in South Cerney and Kemble:

24,500 patients.

12 x GP Partners and 3 Salaried GPs

Dispensing in Tetbury and Kemble
