Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and flexible Practice Nurse to join our friendly team at Coachmans .

Coachmans is a progressive practice serving over 11,000 patients in Crawley. Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Nurses, a Physio , a Care Co -ordinator and Healthcare Assistants, supported by an excellent administrative workforce.

As a teaching practice, we provide placements for student nurses, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning. We are an active member of our local Primary Care Network and work closely with Social Prescribers, Pharmacists, and First Contact Practitioners.

You will be providing essential services in Primary Care , working closely with GPs/ ANPs/ Paramedics/ Pharmacists/ Physio/ Practice Nurses & HCAs and the wider primary care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Immunisations and vaccinations (including travel where required) Cervical cytology (smears) Chronic disease monitoring (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD) ECGs and phlebotomy NHS health checks Patient education and health promotion Accurate documentation and use of clinical systems (SystmOne)
Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse with current PIN Recent experience in a GP practice setting essential Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organisational skills
