Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Registered Nurse, to join our experienced and enthusiastic team of nurses within a large, busy GP practice to train in the management of chronic disease particularly diabetes. We are looking for someone who is motivated and enjoys working as part a team. We have a vibrant multicultural practice population and work closely with the wider multidisciplinary teams. This post is suitable for a newly qualified nurse looking to work in general practice or a nurse who would like to train in chronic disease management.
You will work alongside Advanced Nurse Practitioners with many years experience working in these fields. Riverside Surgery is a training practice, committed to the training and development of all our staff. We can offer flexible working hours, clinical supervision, training and support as you develop your professional career in primary care.
