We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories accurately.
Administer vaccinations and perform routine procedures as required.
Provide health education and advice to patients regarding their conditions and treatment plans.
Assist in the management of chronic diseases and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Ensure that all clinical equipment is properly maintained and sterilised.
Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with best practices in nursing.
Requirements
Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
Proven experience in patient care, preferably within a primary care setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also being capable of working independently when required.
