Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including conducting physical examinations and assessments
- Administer vaccinations for adults and children
- Assist with other medical interventions
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document patient information accurately
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse or similar role
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent patient care skills and ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
