We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, forward thinking practice nurse who has experience of working with patients with a variety of long-term health conditions and possesses good IT Skills.

You will have an opportunity to work with and train multidisciplinary professionals and Junior doctors by utilising your skills in a safe and educational environment where every team member is valued.

Current NMC membership and affiliation Chronic disease management skills Cervical smears Injections and immunisations ECG Phlebotomy Spirometry Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
