Practice Nurse

to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of nursing services including chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, hypertension) Conduct cervical cytology, wound care, immunisations (adult and childhood), and health screenings Provide support and health education to patients and carers Collaborate effectively with GPs and other members of the primary care team Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation

Requirements:

NMC registered nurse (essential) Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse in a GP surgery (desirable) Confident in delivering chronic disease management Strong communication and organisational skills Commitment to continuous professional development
