The role:



FMC are looking for an enthusiastic and detail orientated Practice Onboarding & Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will showcase our practice management software and guide new clients through the onboarding process, going above and beyond what anyone else in the industry provides. This role requires someone with a passion for continuous improvement and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:



Ownership of new Clients throughout the onboarding process: you will be the primary contact answering queries and tailoring the onboarding process to their specific needs. Monitoring setup progress and guiding clients through next steps. Providing training if required and demonstrating product features and troubleshooting through calls or video meetings. Continued support of Dental Groups once they are onboarded Working with existing clients to support them with queries Gathering and relaying client feedback to continuously evolve and enhance the onboarding process Problem solving to quickly address any issues which arise.

What we need from you:



The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a dental practice setting Excellent customer service skills Self-motivated and driven Extremely organised Proactive and eager to learn to expand your capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective interpersonal skills Integrity Team player with the ability to work as part of a dynamic customer-focused team Computer literate & proficient in MS office suite Ability to attend our events throughout the working year (with time off in lieu for Saturdays worked)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
