Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for all clients.
Manage appointment bookings and schedules using our booking system.
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Handle payments and maintain accurate client records.
Support the day-to-day operations of the practice, including administrative tasks and maintaining a clean, organised reception area.
Treatment Delivery:
Administer cryotherapy treatments following comprehensive training and certification provided by the practice.
Assist clients during their sessions to ensure safety, comfort, and an excellent experience.
Provide guidance on the benefits of our treatments and support clients in choosing the right services for their needs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas, following all safety protocols.
Training and Development:
Complete training on all treatments offered by The Wellness Practice, including red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, lymphatic drainage, and more.
Stay updated on the latest wellness trends and developments relevant to our services.
Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable learning and applying new technical skills related to treatments.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is desirable.
An interest in health and wellness is highly beneficial.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
