Job title: Practice Supervisor
Purpose of the job: Responsible for dealing with the day to day operational requirements in the practice as directed by the Business Manager
Reporting into: Business Manager
Direct reports: N/A Role & responsibilities:
Operations
Responsible for the smooth running of the practice by adhering to all Company Policies and Procedures and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Business Manager
Work collaboratively with the Contact Centre to cascade information and feedback, under the guidance of the Business Manager
Finance
Responsible for supporting the achievement the EBITDA performance and KPI's as directed by the Business Manager and in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
Compliance o Accountable for achieving and maintaining the required Care Quality Commission Standards (CQC) in the practice/s by following all legal, regulatory and company guidance. o Will be required to hold position of CQC Registered Manager for the practice
People
Responsible for supervising employee's within the practice; provide training and development to ensure that they are proficient in their role as directed by the Business Manager
Support the Business Manager to work collaboratively with clinicians to assist in the delivery of their targets.
Ambassador o Role model the Damira values and behaviours whilst carrying out the role of Practice Supervisor both internally and externall
