30,000 - 35,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role



As a key member of our Practitioner Care team, you'll help strengthen and grow relationships with our healthcare practitioner customers. You'll be their first point of contact, supporting their onboarding journey, maintaining engagement, and ensuring they receive a consistently positive experience.

This role works within our Growth team and closely with Marketing to providing insights, professional copy, and supporting practitioner-focused events and social engagement. This may also extend to presenting online or within group settings.

Key Responsibilities:



Practitioner Onboarding, Support & engagement



Welcome and guide new practitioner customers through registration, platform use, and first orders. Ensure supportive follow-up within the first 7-14 days. Act as the primary contact for queries during early engagement. Maintain regular contact with practitioners using structured follow-up strategies. Monitor order activity to identify and support inactive or new accounts. Develop and manage call lists for engagement priorities.

Outreach & Account Development



Follow up with practitioners who have shown interest but haven't yet registered or ordered. Support conversion of leads from events, referrals, or marketing activity into active HCP (Healthcare Practitioner) accounts. Keep accurate records of all interactions and next steps.

Event & Relationship Support



Assist with post-event practitioner follow-up and conversion to registration. Represent The Natural Dispensary at events and seminars. Host practitioner visits at our Stroud site, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Communication & Reporting



Maintain accurate and up-to-date practitioner records within the CRM system (training provided).

Create professional, practitioner-focused content and copy in collaboration with the Marketing and Education teams.

Support social media and digital communications, ensuring consistent and informed practitioner engagement.

Provide monthly summaries of practitioner activity, insights, and trends to support Marketing and Customer Care planning.

Contribute feedback and ideas to help improve communication channels and practitioner experience.

About You:



You are either a healthcare practitioner or have equivalent experience, with strong people and communication skills.

You are:

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple practitioner relationships. Confident making outbound calls and following structured processes. Naturally caring, with a genuine interest in helping practitioners succeed. Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally. Passionate about natural health and practitioner-led wellness.

Essential Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a client- or customer-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office); comfortable learning new systems and using basic data insights (training provided).
