About the Role



We're looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team on a

temporary ongoing basis

In this role, you'll deliver

high-quality, outcome-focused support

to children, young people, and families, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards. You'll be part of a dedicated team working to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities



Provide a

high level of professional childcare and practice

, using evidence-based interventions in line with service specifications and relevant legislation.

Complete assessments

and make appropriate recommendations, referring complex cases to management where necessary. Ensure all

case work and records

are accurate, up to date, and completed within required timescales. Deliver a

range of activities

, including training sessions, participation events, recruitment, social activities, and support groups.

Coach, mentor, and support colleagues

, ensuring the delivery of responsive, high-quality services to children, families, and partner agencies. Attend

statutory reviews, planning meetings, and other professional forums

, preparing and presenting reports as needed. Maintain and develop

effective working relationships

with internal teams and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.

Monitor and audit

data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies. Provide accurate

reports and returns

for partner agencies and statutory bodies. Ensure full

statutory and regulatory compliance

at all times, including notifications and registration requirements.

Qualifications & Training



Qualification in

Social Care, Health, or a related field

to support professional practice.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience

working with children, families, or vulnerable client groups

. Strong ability to

build relationships

with families, groups, and professionals.

Tact, empathy, and understanding

, with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations. Excellent

problem-solving, decision-making, and report-writing

skills. Ability to exercise

professional judgment

and manage competing priorities effectively. Competent using

Microsoft Office

(Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong

communication skills

, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences. Sound

analytical and logical reasoning

skills to assess and interpret information.
