About the company:

For over 18 years at the Natural Dispensary, we have been the trusted extension of healthcare practitioner businesses. Proudly connecting professionals and their clients to quality health and lifestyle solutions through the ease of our email cart to client system, door to door delivery and caring customer teams.

We have carefully curated a dispensary of over 18,000 products from over 600 brands. Our growing offering covers food supplements, natural body care, beauty, eco-friendly home products, bulk health foods, sanitary items, tea, drinks and much more.

We are committed to fostering an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives to our mission of promoting holistic wellness and sustainability.

About the role:

As Practitioner Support Coordinator you will build on the foundation of our customer service responsibilities, with added emphasis on welcoming and supporting our healthcare practitioner customers, checking in with them over time, and becoming a consistent, caring point of contact.

You'll still be a part of the Customer Care Team day-to-day, but this role will report to the Brand Ambassador (Naomi Jones) and focus more deeply on helping practitioners feel confident, cared for, and connected to what The Natural Dispensary can offer their clients.

If you're someone who loves helping others, enjoys proactive communication, and is curious about what a more practitioner-focused role looks like, we'd love you to consider applying.

You will be responsible for:

Practitioner Onboarding & Support

? Welcome and assist new practitioner customers with registration, platform use, and initial ordering.

? Ensure every practitioner receives timely, supportive contact within their first 7-14 days.

? Be the go-to point of contact for queries during the early stages of their journey.

Proactive Practitioner Engagement

? Use structured follow-up and contact strategies to keep practitioners engaged and active.

? Create and manage call lists based on recent registrations, inactive accounts, or strategic targets.

? Review practitioner order data to identify who may need additional support, reminders, or tailored outreach.

? Maintain consistent practitioner contact based on priorities defined with the Brand Ambassador.

Outreach & Account Development

? Reach out to practitioners who've shown interest but haven't yet registered or ordered.

? Assist in converting warm leads (from events, referrals, or marketing activity) into active HCP accounts.

? Liaise with the Brand Ambassador and Marketing to coordinate timely follow-ups and maximise conversion.

? Keep clear notes on follow-ups and next steps for each practitioner contact.

Post-Event Practitioner Follow-up

? Help manage structured post-event follow-up campaigns, including email and call activity.

? Track practitioner interest and ensure tailored follow-up based on event interactions.

? Convert practitioner interest into registrations and support smooth onboarding post-event.

Practitioner Relationship Development

? Support a positive and professional impression of The Natural Dispensary when interacting with practitioner customers.

? Host or co-host practitioners visiting the TND site for meetings or events, coordinating with other departments to ensure a warm, well-organised experience.

? Represent The Natural Dispensary at occasional external events (e.g. trade shows, practitioner seminars), supporting the Brand Ambassador and/or Marketing team as required.

Internal Communication & Reporting

? Collaborate closely with the Brand Ambassador to manage priorities and follow-up strategies.

? Maintain accurate records of practitioner interactions and outreach activity using internal systems (CRM training provided).

? Provide a short monthly summary of practitioner engagement activity to the Brand Ambassador.

? Work towards agreed practitioner engagement targets or activity levels as defined with the Brand Ambassador.

? Share practitioner insights and feedback with Marketing and Customer Care teams to support service development and messaging.

Customer Care Support (Occasional)

? Support the Customer Care team as needed with general customer queries, order issues, or team cover.

About you:

? Organised and able to manage multiple practitioner journeys at once.

? Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on helping practitioners succeed.

? Confident in making outbound calls and following structured contact lists.

? Collaborative team member who enjoys working cross-functionally.

? Interest in natural health, practitioner-led wellness, or holistic healthcare is a bonus.

Essential skills/experience:

? Demonstrated experience in a customer/client facing role.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare practitioners.

? Strong IT Skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new tools. Willing to learn how to review basic practitioner sales data to support prioritisation (training provided).
