The Role

We are looking for an

Academy Coach

for our

Pre Academy age group,

leading at our

Group Sessions

alongside our talented team of coaching.

In this exciting role, you'll deliver and develop performance pathways and plans and create an optimum environment for our youth players to develop and grow.

Who We Are

Pro Elite Football Academy are the leading practitioners for private football sessions in North London, producing over 55 players who have gone on to sign for professional football clubs in their academy systems.

Your day-to-day

Develop and coordinate training sessions - you'll passionately lead players through training sessions, catering for the needs of our players both individually and collectively in order to maximise the potential of all our players in this age group Collaborate with our Coaching team - you will eagerly assist other coaches Lead sessions - you'll effectively lead sessions Implement appropriate sessions - you'll hold responsibility for making sure sessions are delivered in a way that caters for all players on the programme and demonstrate a progressive and transparent structure for all players to progress Evolve and enhance our coaching programme - you'll actively seek out ways to improve the coaching programme and assist with the implementation of innovative new ideas and you'll work with our Head of Academy Coaching to enhance our programme.

What We Are Looking For

Background in football within a Private Academy setting Track record of developing young players - you're proud of your history of coaching players at youth level Credible expertise - you have a UEFA C Licence or are working towards Certifications in critical areas - you hold an up to date FA Safeguarding Certificate and a First Aid Certificate Dedicated and organised mindset - you are highly motivated and driven with a commitment and passion for our game and you're proud of your excellent organisational and time management skills Proud ambassador for our academy - you act as a role model at all times, embodying our Academy's values
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
