We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our
morning warehouse team
asPre-Loaders
in Lincoln. This is a hands-on position ideal for early risers who enjoy physical work and being part of a supportive team.Key Responsibilities
Load and unload parcels from delivery vehicles Sort packages accurately according to delivery routes Handle parcels safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organised work area Work to set dispatch deadlines each morning

Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Attention to detail and safety awareness No previous experience needed - full training provided
