Overview.


We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Pre-mix Operative to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing small amounts of allergen-free ingredients, ensuring they are correctly labelled and transported to the production line.


You will use the Myrias system to maintain continuous production and prevent unscheduled downtime.


Key Responsibilities:


Weigh ingredients and follow mixing instructions as per recipe sheets. Conduct physical checks on raw materials and report any discrepancies. Ensure strict rotation and traceability of raw materials. Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety procedures. Complete all paperwork accurately and report any issues immediately. Follow 'clean as you go' procedures and manual handling guidelines. Ensure compliance with all training requirements and company procedures.

Skills & Experience:


Experience in food manufacturing and handling. Good verbal and written English communication. Strong numeracy skills. * Level 2 Food Safety and Manual Handling training.
