to drive the development of innovative, competitive bids and manage pre-construction activity from concept through to contract award. Working for our

Business. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating design teams, shaping project strategy, and ensuring every proposal reflects our commitment to excellence and value.



You'll take ownership of the pre-construction process, working closely with design, estimating, planning, and commercial teams to produce innovative, high-quality, and competitive proposals.

What you'll be doing



As a

Pre-Construction Manager

you will:


Lead the pre-construction phase of major projects, ensuring bids are well-planned, competitive, and aligned with client needs. Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, and key stakeholders to develop robust, buildable, and cost-effective solutions. Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies during early project development. Coordinate input from estimating, planning, design, and commercial teams to produce compelling bid submissions. Support value engineering initiatives and ensure technical excellence and compliance throughout the design process. Maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and internal delivery teams.



Who we're looking for

You will have the following:




Proven experience in pre-construction or bid management within the construction or infrastructure sectors. A strong technical background and understanding of design development, planning, and estimating processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. A proactive, solutions-driven approach and strong commercial awareness. Relevant construction or engineering qualifications.
