We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building Solutions South team based in London.

Location:

London

Hours:

40 hours per week



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions South team, supporting them in delivering preconstruction services across a diverse portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects.



Your day to day will include:


Managing and coordinating preconstruction activities from tender issue through to handover Collaborating with commercial, estimating, planning, and design teams to meet project milestones Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships and ensure project confidence Identifying and mitigating risks during the preconstruction phase Supporting bid writing and strategy development

What are we looking for?

This role of Preconstruction Manager is great for you if:


You have previous preconstruction experience on projects up to 20m and have led multidisciplinary teams You hold a full UK Driving Licence and relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or professional membership) You have strong communication, time management, and organisational skills

If a driving licence is required, it does not need to be a UK Driving Licence, just a Full Driving Licence.
