Requirements
To provide a premium service, we require the following:
Vehicle Standards
Must own or rent a vehicle from the approved luxury list:
Audi
: A6, A8BMW
: 5 Series, 7 Series, i5, i7Genesis
: G80 Electric, G90Land Rover
: Range RoverLucid
: AirMercedes-Benz
: E-Class, S-Class, V-Class, EQE, EQS and SUV models, EQV, GLS, eVITO Colour:Black
Model year:2021 or newer
Fully licensed as aPHV (Private Hire Vehicle)
Driver Requirements
Valid
PCO licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and punctualityYour Responsibilities
Deliver safe, smooth and luxurious journeys Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs Maintain a spotless, well-presented vehicle at all times Assist with luggage and personal requests Uphold our 5-star service standards on every trip
