The Property Information team within Corporate Property are seeking to appoint a Premises Management Support Officer.

The successful candidate will play an important part in delivering an efficient and effective buildings/premises management service in line with agreed policies and procedures. They will assist with the management of empty/void premises, working closely with other teams in Corporate Property to ensure that empty properties are safe and secure. They will also contribute to excellent customer service in supporting the council to achieve its strategic priorities.
This is a role with plenty of variety - from collating data to undertaking site visits and attending meetings (face-to-face and virtual) with key stakeholders.
