What will you be doing as a Premium Conveyancing Assistant.




As a Premium Conveyancing Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting smooth and efficient property sales. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication and coordination skills to manage transactions and maintain exceptional service levels.


Key Responsibilities:




Guide clients through completing conveyancing documentation within tight timeframes Ensure all forms are accurate and ready for solicitor handover Coordinate with solicitors to maintain progress and meet service level agreements (SLAs) Track transactions through every stage, managing follow-ups to keep things moving Respond to client and agent queries promptly and professionally Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and raise any concerns around delays or issues Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders Deliver progress reports and updates to ensure full visibility across the process

What are we looking for?




Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors Previous experience in conveyancing or property administration (preferred) Good knowledge of the conveyancing process and documentation High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems Customer-focused, professional, and committed to continuous learning and development
