The Role

We are looking for a premium sales and services manager to lead the premium team and drive our club level renewals and match-by-match hospitality sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that the team delivers best-in-class customer service to all supporters across our premium areas and that we deliver annual renewal results that we can be proud of. Working closely with the premium sales and services lead, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of a best-in-class marketing strategy to maximise sales of all seasonal and match-by-match club level seats, ensuring the premium tiers of our stadium are always "sold out".

Your day-to-day

  • Manage the premium renewal process - collaborate with wider teams across our club to ensure the highest possible level of renewal and best achievable member experience at a premium level
  • Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy - put in place a winning plan to increase demand and sell out all our club level seats and executive boxes on a seasonal and match-by-match basis
  • Champion member experience - leverage a data-driven approach to ensure all premium members receive a best-in-class experience from first contact, during match-days and throughout their membership
  • Keep track of the club objectives - monitor and manage the premium sales and services function to ensure all performance targets are achieved and exceeded
  • Evolve the department - drive strategic technological enhancement across the function and ensure we\'re always driven and courageous when it comes to enhancing and upgrading our systems to maximise commercial revenue and growth
  • Lead by example - coach, lead and inspire a team of sales account managers to achieve service excellence across all interactions
  • Give our members a voice - amplify the views of our premium members internally, ensuring their perspectives are represented and considered in key decisions
  • Help to drive our supporter engagement strategy - define, plan and execute a strategy based on an in-depth understanding our supporter base

  • Background in a similar sales and service focused role - you\'ve previously thrived in a sales role where exceptional customer service drives outstanding commercial performance
  • Excellent leadership skills - you come with experience in delivering a world-class level of account management and client services
  • Best-in-class organisational skills - you have a proven ability to manage a fast paced and varied workload
  • A natural communicator - you\'ve got a strong ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external customers, adapting style and approach to your audience
  • Champion of customer care - you take pride in managing end-to-end, high-value customer retention processes
  • Attention to detail - you deliver tasks efficiently but without compromising on accuracy and quality
  • Creative thinker - you use your initiative and take a proactive approach to creating and implementing new ideas to help the premium team evolve
