Role - Premium Vehicle Handover Specialist

47.5 hours per week plus paid overtime

Manual Driving Licence (Required)

Optional weekend work

We are looking for a customer-service oriented person who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience, ideally with a background in front-of-house or customer-facing roles.

Role Overview

Based remotely you will be delivering a first class "white glove handover" experience exclusively to select clientele.



You should be prepared to travel to a variety of locations throughout the UK on a daily basis. Delivery and collection sites may include company premises, customers' homes and business locations.



Forming part of a brand new team of drivers, as Brand Ambassador you will have a customer first' approach and will be excited about the essential part you play in making your customer's 'New Car Day' a special and immersive experience



Our dedicated expert team of coordinators and planners are responsible for planning your routes and daily schedules to fit within the timeframe of vehicle deliveries.

What do we need from you?

Right to work in the UK



Held a Full UK Licence for more than 2 years



Clean driving licence (we will consider points for minor offences)



Customer Service mindset



A 'can-do' attitude for this hands-on, physical role (it's not physical)



The ideal candidate will be excited about the essential part they play in making their customer's 'New Car Day' a special and immersive experience.



You will receive a full company induction via our in-house dedicated Driver Training Programme, uniform, IT equipment, a company credit card, fuel card and support from an experienced team.
