As we prepare to welcome new resorts into our ultra-luxury portfolio, we're looking for a detail-driven Pre-Opening OS&E Manager to ensure every item from the finest linens, to the last teaspoon, is perfectly in place before the first guest arrives.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the setup of mock-up rooms and coordinate OS&E needs for individual projects across global locations Present Six Senses OS&E policies and procedures to newly appointed procurement partners Prepare and manage OS&E budgets using Smartsheet, ensuring real-time accuracy and project alignment Collaborate with the Head Office and Technical Services teams to review departmental OS&E and facilities listings Attend on-site deliveries, support distribution logistics, and help maintain a global OS&E catalogue across all regions

What We're Looking For:



3-4 years of experience in hotel procurement or with a procurement company, ideally with luxury hotel projects Strong knowledge of OS&E categories and suppliers within a high-end hospitality context Excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills - detail-obsessed and structured in approach A self-starter who thrives working independently and can confidently manage multiple projects Multilingual capabilities are a plus, as is a global mindset and passion for exceptional guest experiences
