About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Prep Assistant to join our team at Gino's Fish & Chips.
You'll help prepare fresh ingredients each morning and keep the kitchen set up for the day ahead.
Typical tasks include:
Peeling, cutting, and rinsing potatoes
Preparing batters, sauces, and rolls
Assisting with stock rotation and fridge organisation
Keeping prep area clean and tidy
This is a steady, short morning shift -- ideal for someone who likes consistent hours and early finishes.
About You
Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
Comfortable working on your own
Attention to detail and hygiene
Previous kitchen or food prep experience is helpful, but not required
