Job Title: Part-Time Prep/Commis Chef

Location: Revival Wellness Cafe, 79 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth

Hours: 16-25 hours per week

Salary: Up to 13 per hour

The Role

We're looking for a skilled and confident Part-Time Prep/Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll take the lead on morning prep tasks--think making hummus, whipped cheeses, guacamole, sandwiches for the takeaway fridge, and breakfast pots--while supporting the head and sous chefs during service.

We're seeking someone who is efficient, proactive, and confident in the kitchen, with a strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality dishes.

What You'll Do

Prepare fresh ingredients ready for breakfast, brunch, and lunch Support the head and sous chef in day-to-day kitchen operations Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Help with kitchen setup, stock checks, and closing down Contribute to a friendly, collaborative, and professional kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

Previous kitchen experience, ideally in breakfast, brunch, or lunch Skilled and confident in food preparation and presentation Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and stay organised in a busy kitchen Positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility
