Hours: Part time, 7.2 hours per week (Wednesdays only)

The Role
We are seeking to appoint a friendly and reliable individual to join us as a Cover Supervisor & Administrator at Sutton High Prep School.
This role combines classroom supervision with administrative support, to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Prep School. You will be responsible for the effective supervision of pupils during lessons in the absence of their teacher, including taking registration, distributing set work and offering assistance to pupils where appropriate.
Alongside this, you will play a key role in our busy Office Team, providing efficient, courteous, and professional administrative support to staff, pupils, and visitors.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and hard-working individual who holds an HLTA Level 4 qualification and has experience working with children across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
