Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lecturer for our Prep for Life programme. As a Lecturer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our students and preparing them for the challenges of the modern world.

Salary:

30,202.00 to 41,768.00 per Annum

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students enrolled in the Prep for Life programme. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into the curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

A relevant degree in Education or a related field. Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent). Previous experience in teaching or training students in a similar setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and supporting student growth.
