Role: Preparation Centre Supervisor - Birmingham Depot

45 hours per week - 7.30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Preparation Centre Supervisor to join our talented and high respected team at Morris Leslie Plant Sales in Birmingham.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with good customer service skills and a flexible, enthusiastic attitude to problem solving in order to maintain a high standard at all times. Previous experience in the hire industry with working on plant is preferable.

This is a hands-on supervisory role so previous experience working on machines is essential.

Main Duties:

Ensure the prep centre runs smoothly and efficiently day in day out Responsible for supporting your colleagues and making sure that all equipment is Prepped to the correct standard as agreed Assisting when required ordering spares via our internal purchasing department Work close with suppliers for warranty work Working close under the direction of the Preparation Centre Manager

Essential requirement:

A working knowledge of plant and tool equipment A relevant mechanical background Good knowledge of Excel & Word Experience of working in a similar position at supervisory level
